Recruitment. Broad management background including Recruitment Director, Consultancy, Operations and HR. Led the formation of a successful recruitment company in 2010.


Over 25 years’ experience following a commission in the RAF, operations and consultancy 6 years, HR director 3 years and recruitment 13 years all at Executive level.

Paul has a wide ranging background and this allows him to quickly understand the challenges that are faced by both individuals and companies. As a committed people person he takes great pleasure (or pride) in helping clients and candidates match the needs of the role to the expertise, personality and career aspirations of the candidate. Recruitment is a two-way street and Paul helps clients attract the right talent and the candidates to find the best companies.
